  • 1 Bottle (750ml) of Champagne or Prosecco
  • 1 Punnet of raspberries
  • 90 ml of vodka (6 tablespoons). I prefer Absolut Vanilla
  • 30 ml of fresh lemon juice (6 teaspoons)
  • 30 ml of Chambord (6 teaspoons)
  • 30 ml of mint simple syrup (6 teaspoons)

Instructions

  1. Place 3-5 raspberries in each glass and muddle them gently to release their juices
  2. Add 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vodka, followed by
  3. Now add 5ml (1teaspoon) each of lemon juice, Chambord, and Mint Simple Syrup
  4. Stir the mixture gently to combine all the flavours
  5. Top off each glass with chilled champagne to add a delightful fizz
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and elegant cocktail
